Hello, nice to meet you!
I’m Lucy Maudsley, ADHD Coach and mentor.
I work with adults who want to understand their ADHD, reduce overwhelm, and create practical strategies that actually work in daily life.
My approach blends warmth, humour, and straight-talking support — so clients feel encouraged but also leave with strategies, ideas and goals to work towards.
I know the challenges of ADHD through lived experience and my coaching’s about us working together to help you find clarity, confidence, and ways of working that suit you, not everybody else.
“I don’t usually talk about work with people, but with Lucy it felt easy. She gave me the practical support I needed, and I left my sesssions feeling lighter and clearer.”

I offer a free 30-minute intro call. It’s a relaxed chat where you can share what’s going on, ask questions about ADHD coaching, and see whether working together feels like the right step.
Free Intro Call
As a qualified ADHD coach, I help you work with your brain, not against it — offering confidential, empathetic sessions that focus on practical change and self-understanding. Sessions take place on Zoom and can be paid for privately or through Access to Work.

Coping Strategy Sessions
If you are in the UK and you have been awarded Access to Work funding, you may have been offered coping strategy training for ADHD, autism, or AuDHD. You might also hear it called workplace strategy coaching, neurodiversity coaching, or a few other variations. The names vary, but the aim is the same: practical, personalised support that makes work feel more manageable.
“Words cannot describe how thankful I am for your support over the past year. Thank you for getting me to the last stretch before my big event – your support and the impact you have had at such a significant time in my life will always stay with me.”
ZG, Client 2o25
Access to Work
“Of all the things I was awarded from Access to Work, working with Lucy has helped and benefited my life the most. It really has just benefited and improved my life, and over the last year so much has changed for the better.”
H, Client 2025
Access to Work can fund ADHD / Autism coaching.
AtW is a government grant from the DWP that covers coaching, equipment and other support at work. Available if you’re employed or self-employed.
If you’ve applied for or been awarded AtW funding for ADHD / Autism Coaching or `Coping Strategies’, I can provide that service and can often match the quotes you may have been given.
